We (Cricket Tikes Ltd) are the data controller for the personal information you provide when booking classes. ClassForKids (our booking platform) acts as our data processor and holds the data on our behalf.
What data we collect
- Your name, email, phone number
- Your child’s name, date of birth, any medical or behavioural information
- Payment details (processed securely by Stripe)
Why we collect it
- To manage bookings, classes, payments and attendance
- To contact you about sessions, cancellations, progress or emergencies
- For safeguarding and health/safety
- For accounting and legal purposes
Who we share it with
- Our coaches and venue staff (for class delivery and safeguarding)
- Stripe (payment processing only)
- ClassForKids (booking platform)
- Authorities if required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns)
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing unless you specifically opt in.
How long we keep it
- Booking and payment data: 6 years (legal requirement)
- Child progress notes: end of membership + 1 year
- Photos/videos: deleted after use unless you give separate ongoing consent
